This is a photograph of a headstone located beside at the Werribee Golf Course.
Patrick Logan Edgar died on the Chirnside property, lower Werribee on 15 May 1858, aged 26 years.
He was the son of the Rev. John Edgar, Minister of Hutton, Berwickshire. His
inquest concluded that he died from injury to the brain, from an accidental fall from his horse.
